Question 1

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Nearly all of Utah. Salt Lake County, Utah County, the Heber Valley and Sanpete County are home turf, and we cover 24 of the state's 29 counties — everything except the far south: Washington (St. George), Iron, Garfield, Kane and San Juan.

Question 2

Are you really available 24/7?

Accepted Answer

For emergencies, yes. If a truck or machine is down and it can't wait, call (801) 400-4872 any hour, any day.

Question 3

What are your regular hours?

Accepted Answer

General, non-emergency work is scheduled between 6 AM and 6 PM. Emergency roadside service is available around the clock.

Question 4

Accepted Answer

Semi trucks, fleet vehicles, heavy and light duty equipment, ag equipment and RVs — anything with a diesel engine. Fleet service, roadside repair and in-field ag work are all part of a normal week.

Question 5

Can you diagnose a check-engine light or a derate on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry JPro diagnostic equipment for heavy and light duty, so we can read codes, run system tests and clear faults at your location instead of sending you to a dealer.

Question 6

Do you offer scheduled fleet maintenance?

Accepted Answer

We do. Regular service intervals, inspections and repairs done at your yard on a schedule that fits your operation. Call or email to set it up.

Question 7

What should I have ready when I call?

Accepted Answer

Where the unit is, what it is (make, model, year if you know it), what it's doing or not doing, and any dash lights or codes you can see. That lets us show up with the right parts the first time.

Question 8

How much does a service call cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on distance, time of day and the job. Call for a quote — we'll tell you the call-out fee up front before we roll.
