Who we are

This website belongs to Swinging C Diesel, a mobile diesel repair business in Utah. Reach us at contact@swingingcdiesel.com or (801) 400-4872.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the message form:

• your name and phone number (needed so we can call you back)
• your email address, if you give it
• your unit and where it is, if you give it
• the message you write

The site has no accounts, no adverts, no tracking or analytics scripts, and it sets no cookies. If you call or email us instead, we only get what your phone or email normally shares.

Why we collect it

To get back to you, work out what is wrong with your truck or equipment, and do the job. We do not sell what you send us, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Two companies handle your message on its way to us:

• Resend (resend.com), our email provider. The form hands your message to Resend, which delivers it as an email to our inbox. Resend keeps its own record of emails it sends.
• Vercel (vercel.com), which hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles each request to the site, including the internet address (IP address) it comes from, and keeps short-lived technical logs.

When you send the form, the site also uses your internet address for a few minutes to stop automated floods of messages. That is held in memory only and is not saved.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of work we did for you. We do not have a fixed schedule for clearing old messages. Ask and we will delete yours.

Seeing, fixing or deleting what we hold

Write to contact@swingingcdiesel.com and tell us whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or everything deleted. Include the phone number or email you used so we can find it. We will do it and write back to confirm.

Children

This site is for truck, fleet and equipment owners and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has sent us some, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
